Peer Groups

Career reinvention can be exciting, but it can also feel uncertain, lonely, and emotionally complex. Many experienced professionals are not only changing jobs. They are rethinking identity, status, purpose, income, confidence, and belonging.

Our Peer Groups create a safe, structured space to navigate this transition with others who are on a similar journey.

Set-up

Each group brings together around 8-10 members who meet regularly with a moderator, usually once a month.

These are not casual networking groups. They are confidential and facilitated communities built on trust, generosity, and shared problem solving.

Focus

The group brings real challenges such as:

  • How do I know whether my idea is worth pursuing?
  • How do I move from expert to entrepreneur?
  • How do I deal with uncertainty?
  • How do I talk about this transition with my family or network?
  • How do I price my expertise?
  • How do I find collaborators, partners, funders?
  • How do I stay motivated when progress is slow?

The group is your sounding board, a source of honest feedback, and a place to be seen by others who understand the complexity of designing a new professional chapter later in life.

Through regular meetings, members support each other with perspective, encouragement, contacts, and practical advice.

The goal is not only to solve problems. The goal is to build confidence, momentum, and belonging.
