Our Peer Groups create a safe, structured space to navigate this transition with others who are on a similar journey.
Set-up
Each group brings together around 8-10 members who meet regularly with a moderator, usually once a month.
These are not casual networking groups. They are confidential and facilitated communities built on trust, generosity, and shared problem solving.
Focus
The group brings real challenges such as:
- How do I know whether my idea is worth pursuing?
- How do I move from expert to entrepreneur?
- How do I deal with uncertainty?
- How do I talk about this transition with my family or network?
- How do I price my expertise?
- How do I find collaborators, partners, funders?
- How do I stay motivated when progress is slow?

Through regular meetings, members support each other with perspective, encouragement, contacts, and practical advice.
